3 jars dried out after 1 month.
I have purchased 3 jars, and it is not inexpensive, and all 3 have dried out in less than 1 month with more than 1/2 the jar remaining to toss out. A waste of money.
What is going on with manufacturing or formula?

bad bad bad
this is the 3rd time I bought the cavit soft and when I need it its is impossible to use even when if used for the first time, don't know what is going on it used to be a great product

Cavit dries out too quickly
This used to be my temporary filling of choice for thousands of root canals. I can no longer use it due to the lack of seal and the material drying out too quickly. I have trued different versions and various lot numbers. I have had to switch to a different material.

it dried out more than 8 months before expired
i bought it about 3 months ago, used it a few times and today opened it and it's dried hard, it crumbles, and won't form a ball. anyway to soften it up again?
will adding some oil to it soften it?

Using it since 1975 never had a problem till now
Cavit -as a qualified hospital trained dental nurse this is an excellent product for temporary sealing of tooth cavities Why is is drying out so quickly? Tube verses Tub ? Sealing changed? Ingredients different? Don’t last long enough having to throw out half tube as it’s rock hard HELP!

easy so use
this product is so easy to use . sealing off endo's between appts with cavit is a cinch.
and is as easy to remove,.... as it is to place.
soft , adapts easily and sets hard and fast.
