Genius little squares!
I needed to find something to hold a pendant lamp cord straight and tight in a wall corner, but didn't want to make any holes. These little squares do the job- I folded then in half and stuck them to the back of the cord and pressed into the corner. Voila, it is stuck securely and invisibly. The cord now disappears into the corner which is exactly what I wanted. And, I'll be able to remove without damage- yay!

These are horrible
I've used other scotch mounting products before in my dorm room, and this year i tried these to hang a tapestry on my wall. They didn't stick to anything except me and each other. I couldn't get them to attach to either the fabric of my tapestry or the wall at all. What a waste.

Holds too well
These were recommended to me by a coworker. She noted using them for decor and liking them. So, I used these to put up some decor. When I started packing to move and needed to take them down, the squares completely destroyed the wall. Held up my decor, but will not use these again because the damage done is not worth it. Nail holes would have honestly be better than having to do the drywall and painting for this repair. Clearly the coworker that recommended them never had to remove them.

rubbish on painted walls. DO NOT USE
We purchased these after advertised as better and blutak. ie Leave no greasy marks on your walls etc. We used a heap of them. Stuck them up about 4 years ago when adding wall art to the kids room. 20% of them would never stay. The rest have stuck so hard that now they don't come off without removing the paint. They are on textured painted walls. Not happy. Now the whole rooms needs a repaint.

Do NOT Adhere well
Used these 1x1 inch squares to temporarily attach a sheet to the car dashboard. Unfortunately, they did not stick for more than an hour or two! This is the first Scotch product I am not happy about!

Won't stay up
I hung 50 laminated 8 x 10 pictures using a square for each corner. after spending over two hours hanging them after the walls were cleaned, I came down the next morning to find all the pictures in a heap where they fell off the wall. this isn't the first time they wouldn't hold up a simple piece of paper. but it is the last straw.

does not work
I bought these to do a project mounting pictures to a window frame. Not only will the removable mounting squares not stay adhered to the glass the removable mounting squares will not come off of the picture.
