Leaks
I purchased the dishwand 2 days ago and filled up the soap dispenser. I have tried different positions to store it but it just keeps leaking. It emptied out in 48 hours.

Falls Apart
Ignore all of the “free sample” reviews. I bought this about a month ago and initially was really happy with the new design. It releases soap easily and doesn’t seem to leak the way the old ones did. HOWEVER, about a week into using the first pad, the sponge came COMPLETELY DETACHED from the plastic attachment. Apparently the adhesive they used to attach the actual sponge doesn’t hold up well to being WET. The same thing happened with two replacement pads. I will be looking for a different brand until this is addressed.

great wand, no refills
I Bought this wand after many years of using previous Scotch-brite soap dispensing handwands. I was slightly aggravated at the buttons tearing up after a month or so. I decided to buy this wand and the OX brand and try them side by side. This wand is fantastic! Much improvement on previous models and way better than the OX wand. The only complaint I had: A previous model had sponges that curved up in the front of the wand. It means there was no scraper, but I liked and used the sponge there way more than I ever use the scraper. Today was a sad sad day when I realized I know have another complaint. You can not buy scrub sponge or brush refills for it. I had a refill for a previous model and it doesn't fit. Why would you develop a new wand and not have refills available for it? Now this wand is useless. :(

Used to be the best, but now it's the worst!
I used to LOVE the dish wand and had used it for years, recommending it to everyone, but they recently changed the design and now the wand scrubber replacement has a big hole that dish soap POURS out of, almost no matter which way you rest it. An absolute RIDICULOUS design that seems like it was designed by the sellers of dish soap. In one lot of dishes an entire handle of dish soap poured out. Further, I'm not the only one who has experienced this with the new wand refills--my mom, friends have also had the same experience. I hope they change it back.

I like the convenience , but it leaks dish soap where you fill it up. Makes the handle sticky and slippery

My grandkids love it!

New dish wand refills
The new heavy duty dishwand refill design, is horrible. All of my dishsoap leaked out. I didn’t realize there was a big hole in the front. What a waste!! Old design way better !

Newly design with a hole at the bottom worst ever.
I really liked these scrubbers at 1st when they didn't have a hole at the bottom now with the new design with a hole it leaks all over the sink. Whomever decided to change the design is not trying them out themselves. Who would ever design a scrub brush with a hole so that the soap leaks out when not in use.
