Fun and functional!
I purchased this item on clearance and used it as a secondary unit to my main post-it note holder. I like it so much it is now my main post it note holder. At first, I was frustrated trying to replace the notes. But then I figured out the sliding feature. Brilliant. No more notes popping out while I attempt to close the unit. And, the flags get to stay in their original packaging. Good job! I now change out the pictures monthly just to keep things fresh. It is a little hard to keep smudges off but I just wipe it with a soft rag and it is good to go.

Reloading this product is very difficult ....
I don't know why but the bar lifting the notes now wrinkles the notes and is almost impossible to reload.

Bends Post it Notes
I loved the concept of having a picture frame become something useful. I am extremely disappointed that the holder bends the post it notes and they will no longer lay flat. They have two creases in them every time.
