Disappointing-I has high hopes
Bought 3 packs and installed only 1 over the weekend. I stripped away all 6 perforated strips and connected to my filtrete filter (taped it to the top just in case it were to slip off and get sucked into my AC unit). I’ve repositioned the scent booster several times and still but still nothing. My home has 2 ACs; I put the one on the smaller unit controlling the bedroom level; I’ve cranked down the AC to 71 to see if I could detect the scent from the air vents—nothing. Concept is there; demands are there; product lacking innovation and execution.

Couldn’t smell it at all..
I bought the seaside breeze around 2 weeks ago attached to my filter and nothing I even took it back off peeled both strips from back and still no smell at all coming from my vents!! I’m not sure if I bought a bad one or what but at this price I don’t think I will be purchasing another!!!

Easy to use
I received these as a sample and decided to give them a try at school. I teach middle school, so when the students come back after PE, it can get a little ripe in the classroom. These are wonderful, both easy to use and makes the room smell great! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Works great, love the scent!
These work so well! I didn't think that the scent would make it all throughout my home but it did. The scent is fresh and not overwhelming. Easy to install and use! I will definitely purchase again. I think I will try the other scents as well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Interesting Concept
I received a sample of this product for an honest review. I love the concept of this product, but for my home it didn't work very well. My home has two furnaces and a dehumidification unit that uses standard pleated filters. The two furnaces use 2" deep filters and a V-bank type filter. Because of the size of my HVAC system and our home size, one of these did not freshen as strong as a normal sized home. I would probably need several of these air fresheners and then I would be concerned about blocking off too much air flow to my equipment. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Not quite what I expected
I received the Filtrete Whole House Air Freshener in the fragrance "Seaside Mist" to try in exchange for giving my honest opinion.
Let's start with getting the product out of the packaging! There was no easy tear spot or easy tear packaging for the plastic wrap that the air freshener was inside of inside of the cardboard sleeve. Thank goodness for scissors otherwise, this product would be mangled beyond recognition! Almost made opening children's toys seem easy.
I was unsure of how powerful the scent would be, so I only removed one of the "extra scent" tabs. Maybe I should have stripped the back of this air freshener of all its covering? I am still waiting to see if I can smell anything after two days. Definitely no where near as strong as the other filter air fresheners I have used in the past.
I was excited to try this product. I love the way whole house air fresheners works. This one did not fulfill my expectations! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
