The wraparound style is so easy to put on and take off, and a compression gel pad offers customizable pressure to the patella.     • Applying knee support, with the smooth side against the skin, and wrapping it in place.

      How to Wear

      1. Lay support over knee, smooth side against skin. Place gel pad below patella. While holding support in place, wrap middle strap under kneecap and attach hook fastener to support.

    • Wrapping remaining straps and attaching them.

      2. Wrap each of the two remaining outside straps under knee and attach them to support. Adjust until fit is firm, yet comfortable.

    • Adjusting for appropriate location and compression.

      3. Adjust closures of gel pad to achieve desired location and compression.

    • Care Instructions

      Close fastener prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.

      DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not stay up bulges at the knee I bought this product because I thought it would be great for going to the gym of working out and bike riding well just walking around the house it falls down and when I sit and get backup it bulges at the need it falls down does not stay up I bought this because it would be helpful for I have arthritis in my knee but I guess I was wrong The 1st day I put it on thought maybe I was not putting it on right so I thought I'd try it another day well this is just not working

This also alleviates pain that I would normally have. I use this for Zumba classes. Quite frankly without this brace I would be unable to participate in this fun workout multiple times a week.

I was hesitant at first, but then instantly impressed upon the first use. This knee support is comfortable and I actually feel like I have better mobility when wearing it during my long runs! It is also washable and very durable.
