How to Wear
1. Open all hook fasteners and place heel of foot into hole with Polartec® Power Stretch-RX® material behind foot. Secure top strap.

2. Cross the left bottom strap up and over, attaching the hook fastener to the opposite side of the support, under ankle bone. Follow the same instructions for the right strap. Adjust all straps until fit feels firm, yet comfortable.

Care Instructions
Close all fasteners before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.

Confusing on how to wear
Please do a video of how to put it on. No directions came with the box and this pictures on line are deceiving.

Poor fitting
Bought this few months ago for support to wear with shoe. Both myself & surgeon couldn't figure it out wrapping top around ankle as Velcro end seems upside down to strap on. Usually trust Futuro products.

Terrible instructions
Bought this today. The photo on the front and back of the box are misleading. The illustration is better, but why don't you fix this with a 45-second video to show people how to wear it correctly.

Poor instructions
I came to this site to figure out if the product in the box is even the same one depicted on the box. I've mostly just snagged my compression stocking (worn under the brace) with the velcro. If it's for medical necessity rather than sports use, I would suggest a person buy this only after a demonstration by someone familiar with the product. I have a standing monthly doctor's visit so I can confer with him if I continue with issues. I think I finally have it on correctly so we'll see. Btw, the most useful image for me was that of the torn product!

Love this, but..
This is the best ankle support I have found to relive my medial ankle pain. BUT, I wish Futuro would make this same style in a slightly smaller size to better fit women.

Great for everyday wear as well as activity!
I bought these on my PT’s recommendation. I’ve had chronic ankle problems for decades, and am coming off a recent sprain and pulled muscle combo. I’m on my feet all day at work and need to be able to run, turn, push, pull at a moment’s notice. With these on I can count on my ankles to support me. My only complaint is that, in less than a month, the fabric on the back panel has already started to pull significantly from the velcro. The issue seems to just be cosmetic, but it annoys me.

Great Support
I use this support when I go for my evenings walks. Down here in Florida there is a lot of humidity & one sweats a lot when outdoors. This is the best answer for it.
