Love them, but...
Your package image shows "4 lb" while your description shows "5 pounds"... which is it? Same issue with a couple packages I bought: 17040-2ES (2ea) = 4 lb, 17040ES (1ea) = 5 lb.

Huh...great!
I bought and hung a 3lb frame with these about 6mths ago and my frame just came crashing down and broke...now I don't trust these to hang frames or breakable decorations anymore!

Not Working
Tried it twice, followed the instructions, and twice pictures came falling down off the wall. Obviously I'm not doing something right, but I can't get the dang thing to stick to the wall -- basic apartment concrete.

No Holes in My Vintage Knotty Pine
I have 80 year old knotty pine in my living room, and it is treasure. I always hated to hang anything because of the nail holes. Now, I am joyfully hanging things on the wall without fear of marring my beautiful walls.
