FAILED TO RELEASE, CAUSED DAMAGE!
COMMAND HOOK FAIL. So much for the easy release claim. I followed the instructions to the letter. Only a few days after placing the hook on the wall, I needed to move it. I pulled the adhesive tab straight down, as directed, but instead of it releasing from the wall, the tab snapped off completely! At that point, there was nothing else to pull in order to try to release the hook. In order to remove it, I had no choice but to just pull the hook straight off the wall, which of course caused damage to the wall. This is NOT the first time that this has happened to me. Fortunately, the last time a tab broke on me, there was still enough left to pull and it came off the second time. Unfortunately not the case this time. Now I'm afraid to use Command products ever again!!!! I don't trust your product to work the way it's supposed to. Might as well use tape or nails, which are a lot cheaper and work the way they're expected to.

This hook is really made well. I love the idea of it being different from the usual white plastic look of most stick ons. It's nickel look makes it look pretty classy. It holds so many different things. I use it for my keys by the door as well as my husbands car keys. This way we always know where they are! I see many other possible ways to use it. Great product. Nice Little Hook
