Versaflo TR-300 PAPR system for particulate environments has been re-engineered to bring you even greater versatility, comfort and ease of use.
Compatible with all current TR-300 components and accessories, the 3M™ Versaflo™TR-300+ is our lightest and smallest PAPR in the Versaflo family.
The Versaflo TR-800 features a PAPR blower UL-certified with an intrinsically safe (IS) rating of Division 1: IS Class I, II, III; Division 1 under the most current UL standard 60079, 6th Edition, 2013. Bright yellow touchpoints differentiate it from the non-IS versions of Versaflo blower family.
Now you can increase the utility of your 3M™ Versaflo™ M-307 or M-407 Respiratory Helmet – by adding integrated protection for head, neck and shoulders against radiant heat, sparks and splashes.
Help reduce your worker's exposure to radiant heat, sparks and splashes.
3M powered air purifying respirators offer protection against certain respiratory hazards with integrated head, eye and face protection that can help provide a more comfortable environment for the worker.
3M supplied air respirators require a source of clean Grade D breathing air such as plant air systems or bottled air. This clean, breathable air can be delivered to hoods, helmets, full facepieces, half facepieces and loose-fitting facepieces.
Different jobs call for different kinds of headtops to protect workers from hazardous environments.
How high are airborne concentrations in your environment? What’s the potential for eye injuries?

A: No, both the 3M TR-300 and Powerflow are used for helping with protection against particulates only – such as dusts, mists and fumes. Please see the TR-300 User Instructions (PDF, 1.31 MB) and/or Powerflow User Instructions (PDF, 1.25 MB) for further detail.
Other 3M PAPR systems, like the 3M™ Versaflo™ TR-600 PAPR (PDF, 1.86 MB), do have chemical cartridges available. With the exception of the TR-6590N Multi-Gas Cartridge, the TR-800 works with all filters and cartridges currently approved for use with the TR-600. NIOSH submission for TR-800 and TR-6590N is expected in mid 2018.
