M™ CeQUIN Inorganic Insulating Papers and Laminates feature superior varnish absorption in a range from 5mils (.79mm) to 60 mils (1.5mm) thick. Designed for high temperature applications such as dry-type transformers and traction motors, it is qualified for use in electrical insulation systems through Class 220(R).
3M™ CeQUINBORD CGA Inorganic Insulating Boards feature low moisture absorption in sheets up to 3/8” (9.5mm) thick. Suitable for use in electrical insulation systems through Class 220(R), it can be used in dry-type transformers and other high temperature applications.
Take the high-temperature capabilities of inorganic materials, and combine them with the high mechanical strength of organic fiber. The result: 3MTM TufQUIN Hybrid Insulating Laminates which provide toughness and maintain dielectric strength for applications including motors, generators and dry-type transformers. Excellent for use in electrical insulation systems through Class 200(N).
High efficiency electrical equipment produces heat. With 3M™ThermaVolt Calendered Inorganic Insulating Laminates, you can dissipate the heat with good thermal conductivity while maintaining dielectric characteristics. ThermaVolt AR Electrical Insulation Paper offers this excellent thermal conductivity with even greater mechanical protection. Both are ideal for dry-type transformers with electrical insulation systems rated through Class 220(R).
3M™ DMD180 High-Performance Flexible Laminates are tough, and can be formed to meet the requirements for motors, generators and other equipment with electrical insulation systems rated through Class 180(H).
