3M™ Wireless Ergonomic Mouse, Small, EM550GPS is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 24.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best ergonomic mouse hands down! No other ergonomic mouse comes close. Why other manufacturers can't take the joystick approach of the 3M mouse and improve that design is beyond me. I suspect most designers have never suffered from severe throbbing of the forearm that can last days after minimal use of regular mouse. My only gripe is that 3M does not have a Bluetooth version of their ergonomic mouse. Please. Please. Make a Bluetooth version!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this mouse, NEED a new USB Plug & Play I've been using this mouse for several months and it has helped to resolve my thumb and hand pain that occurred using other mice. But I've damaged the USB Plug & Play. Can someone help me replace the USB only?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice but where is left handed one? I like this a lot but do not see a left handed choice. Also how about adding a programmable button or two? Those are really handy. Could fit a small one/two on top of joystick or where scroll button is. It feels like I need to have a pillow under my forearm so i dont hold it up all the time, you could offer a separate arm support

Rated 5 out of 5 by from USB cable broke I have had this mouse for about a year, maybe a little less, the USB cable broke (the inside piece). I love this mouse, it has really helped my carpal tunnel as well as my fingers from being so stiff. Can I get another USB cable?? PLEASE!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sticky left click I have used this style from 3M for many years both at home and at the office. It finally wore out and I purchased another one from Amazon.com. The new one sticks when I left click. So, never having any issues with my other two...I returned it as faulty and got a replacement. The replacement sticks too. :( If I return this one -- what are the odds I'll get one that doesn't stick?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Energizer bunny...it never quits. I (personally) bought the 3M vertical ergonomic mouse, model EM500GPL to use at work because of arthritic pain in my wrist and hand when I used a standard mouse. That was 14 years ago and "it's still gooooing!" When I took another job I took it with me, since I paid for it. I still have it and use it every day (I'm a writer/author.) NO wrist pain. It works. If it ever dies, I'll buy another one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saved my job!! Working as an analyst I used a mouse all day. I started to suffer with severe thumb and wrist pain. I first purchased this mouse a few years back. It took a couple of weeks to get used to it but then the pain went way. Fast forward to today, I now work from home more frequently and the pain has come back. I just purchased my second mouse for my home office.....important note, I have small hands and all other products were too big, they strained my thumb and wrist more. The 3M mouse is perfect, I cannot imagine doing my job successfully without it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Relieved discomfort in hand I've used this joystick mouse for a few years at work and it really eased the discomfort in my hand. I bought one for home use but lost the USB Plug and Play. Is there a way I can purchase the USB part only? I still have the actual mouse. Thanks.
