Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent for ergonomics I've been using this mouse (or updates of it) for at least 18 years (?). Saved me from having to go on disability or career change (CAD/Engineering Unigraphics thru NX11). Been constantly updating to a new one as time goes on (buttons start to stick after a few years). Never tried the wireless one (yet). I've tried other ergonomic mice/roller ball mice, but nothing beats this one. Takes a few weeks to get used to, but once I changed, I can't go back to the others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 11 years in, still on my first one! I am a computer programmer with rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and wrists, and this mouse was a life saver for me! I was having real problems with wrist pain at work, so I did some research and found this product, way back in 2005. It was a bit expensive at the time, but my company had a good attitude to health and safety in the workplace, and they bought it for me. As soon as I got it, no more problems with wrist pain after a day's work. I have since changed jobs a couple of times, but when I left the original company, late 2006, they said no one else wanted the mouse so I could take it with me if I wanted. And so I did, and here it is, same mouse, in January 2017, coming on for 12 years old and working perfectly! All I've had to do is change it's feet. When (if??) this one finally dies, I will buy another immediately. I don't think you can justifiably *not* give a computer mouse 5 stars for quality and value if you're still using it after more than 11 years! Best mouse ever for people with wrist pain problems who need to use a computer, plus build quality is fantastic. (My wife has one too now, and she's just as happy!)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from scrolling Eventhough it is large model, it would be great to have it larger. Works fine unless I got big issue that scrolling is not working in Visual Studio 2013. This is very limiting in my work as also plugins like SmoothScroll for VS are not working too...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrific product! I had tried different ergonomic mice but they all ended up giving me wrist strain. I've now switched to this mouse and things couldn't be better. I advise installing X-mouse button control for scrolling with the third button, though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saved my career! Have been using this type of mouse for the past 16 years. It saved my career by easing the carpal strain on my hand and wrist from years of traditional mouse use. On my second one. :-)))

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TakesTime to Get Use To I've only had this mouse for a very short time. It does seems a little flimsy on first use... light in weight and buttons don't have much resistance, time will tell if it is reliable. Takes time to get use to moving the cursor and using the buttons... but does provide a very comfortable wrist angle. My hand size overlaps the small/med and large... I have the small and think the large would be better. Scroll button works OK, and with practice maybe I won't miss the scroll wheel. I'm using Win10 and the built in mouse software works OK... I definitely needed to adjust my mouse settings, but that's true of every new mouse I get.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ok mouse Pros: Hand rests naturally, easy to click buttons Cons: L size is still to small, no room for smallest finger. Have to keep it on the outside edge of the pad area. Not very accurate for CAD design. Lots for wrong clicks due to it. Missing scroll wheel. It could be placed in area of second (pointing) finger.
