3M™ Stikit™ Film Roll 375L features a premium aluminum oxide, load resistant, pressure sensitive abrasive product constructed on a durable film backing. This range of versatile discs are designed and configured to achieve a uniform, fine finish on metal, wood, composites or paint.

3M™ Stikit™ Film Roll 375L
Premium abrasive and load resistant coating provide fast cut and long life
Maximum Versatility
3M™ Stikit™ Film Rolls are available in a wide latitude of coarse, medium and fine grades effective for finishing, defect repair and leveling, orbital sanding, AOEM finish prep/repair and paint/lacquer sanding.

Our premium aluminum oxide mineral makes a tough, durable abrasive that self-fractures to expose fresh cutting edges, extending the performance life of the disc. Due to its fast cut-rate, hardness, and strength, it is widely used in grinding applications in addition to sanding and finishing applications. Aluminum oxide is suitable for a wide variety of materials in both woodworking and metalworking, including ferrous alloys.

The open coat construction means the abrasive grains are loosely distributed so that sanding debris collects in the spaces rather than loading the cutting edge of the grains. This feature has the added advantage of producing a more aggressive cut.

From Rough Sanding to Fine Finishing
3M™ Stikit™ Film Roll 375L is suitable for a variety of applications. When the goal is a superior wood finish, the 375L film roll in medium grades conforms well to the contours and rounded edges of challenging work surfaces to deliver a superior finish. Woodworking applications are further enhanced by a load-resistant coating and open coat construction, which reduce clogging and extend the life of the abrasive. For pre- and post-paint finishing, versatility is key, and our 375L film roll in fine grades is designed to deliver a superb uniform finish on plastics and clear coat technologies commonly used in the transportation industry.

Durability
Our sturdy film backing provides the durability needed in high-production environments, and offers excellent resistance to edge tearing. It delivers consistent, uniform finish on virtually any substrate. The product is effective on primers, gel coats and fiberglass, softwoods, metal, plastic, carbon steel, solid surface, hardwoods and topcoats.

Easy to Use
Convenient Stikit™ film rolls are ideal for high volume, quick change operations.

Fast Cut, Long Life
We use aluminum oxide abrasive mineral in the manufacture of our 3M™ Stikit™ Film Roll 375L. Aluminum oxide is a popular choice among industrial professionals because of its fast cut-rate and long life. This mineral makes a tough, durable abrasive that self-fractures to expose fresh cutting edges, whereas traditional natural abrasives dull more quickly. Due to its fast cut-rate, hardness, and strength, it is widely used in grinding applications in addition to sanding and finishing applications. Aluminum oxide is suitable for a wide variety of materials in both woodworking and metalworking, including ferrous alloys.

For all of the above reasons, the 3M™ Stikit™ Film Roll 375L is a reliable, high-performing, and long-lasting solution for many different applications. It is a great example of how 3M uses science to enhance industrial productivity.
