Ruby red film with a typical coefficient of retroreflection of 15. Meets ASTM D 4956 07 for Type 1 sheeting (section 6.1.1) and NFPA requirements. Designed for screen printing and electrostatic printing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Splices & missing adhesive On average about 50% of the rolls have splices and end up 2 feet short per roll if they have splices. Frequently there are sections with no adhesive at all on the vinyl and 3M refuses to do anything about these issues or even compensate back for all the flawed material
