3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Acrylic Adhesive DP812NS is an off-white, non-sag, two-part MMA-based adhesive with high overlap shear and peel strength with good impact resistance, good durability and high viscosity ideal for vertical surface bonding.

When using a Duo-Pak (DP) size adhesive, rely on 3M dispensing equipment for convenient and accurate metering, mixing and dispensing.

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Acrylic Adhesive DP812NS is able to adhere to difficult surfaces, even with minimal surface preparation. It offers good shear and peel strength, making it ideal for industrial applications where permanent, high-strength bonding of similar and dissimilar surfaces is a requirement. It will effectively bond most plastics and metals.

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Acrylic Adhesive DP812NS offers a non-sag, two-part MMA-based high viscosity formula that won't slump or sag excessively when applied, allowing for precise application even on vertical surfaces. The mix ratio is 1:1 for quick, precise dispensing, and with a 10-minute work life there's time for repositioning. The adhesive reaches handling strength in approximately 20 minutes and is fully cured in 24 hours at 72°F / 22°C.

Easy Adhesion with Acrylic
Acrylic adhesives are two-part methyl methacrylate adhesives (MMA) that provide excellent bond strength and durability. Often referred to as epoxy adhesives or epoxy glue, acrylics actually belong to a separate chemical family with their own unique characteristics. Acrylic glues have several features that make them easier to use, including a much faster cure speed, higher tolerance for oily or unprepared bonding surfaces and the ability to bond a wide variety of materials, including nearly all plastics. Newer acrylic adhesive formulations are room temperature stable with a long shelf life.
