Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy this! My wife and I painted our bathroom, using this tape, and now will have to go back and attempt to fix the huge areas the tape removed from the wall. As the photos show, it's not even just the edges- this tape can grab on and rip layers of paint, destroying entire sections of work. We'll be free handing the patches, because I never want to use this product again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Total Mess Now! We bought and used many, many rolls of 3M Safe Release (wide) trying to fix home after Hurricane Michael. New sheetrock, Bullseye CVC Primer for new drywall, let cure several days before taping, painting walls and trim. UPSET!! Despite carefully removing tape, now we have torn sheetrock paper everywhere! Going to have to get sheetrock guys back out to make repairs because of this mess. I really think cheap tape from the dollar store would have worked better! What a WASTE of MONEY, what a setback, I'm at a loss and cannot be more sad.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The worst Tape When I finished painting and I removed the tape all the paint pulled off of the wall in two different walls. Now I have to buy a new can of paint to fix all the holes that your tape made in my walls. It’s the worst please dont’t buy it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is the worst tape. This is the worst tape. By the time I finished taping the base boards and trim it was coming off where I started. I had cleaned the surfaces properly first prior to applying this new tape. I bought this tape to replace the standard painters tape. Taking back my second roll and exchanging for the original. Might be ok if you were going to paint within a few minutes after you applied it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible! This tape does not stick. I had to retape my entire paint project with the original painter's tape.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 20 hours of work now needs to be redone Just to echo what others have written here. This is hands down the worst painters tape I have ever used. We used this to do stripes down our stairs and entrance hallway (very time consuming) every single stripe has edge bleed and all of the baseboards came undone multiple times getting paint on the floor. It get's better....the tape took paint off the ceiling, paint off the walls and pulled paint that went over it from the wall with it when removing it. the 1$ restore tape we used for our other rooms never did any of this... we chose this because of how much work goes into laying out stripes and wanted to make sure we had the best possible result, turns out the 1$ tape would have been the better choice. We now have a huge added amount of work to do including a ceiling that didn't need painting. Avoid at all costs.........
