3M-Matic™ Adjustable Case Sealer a80 is an automatic and adjustable case sealer built with 3M™ AccuGlide™ 2+ Taping Heads that dependably seal uniform-sized cases. Capable of sealing up to 30 cases per minute, this side belt drive case sealer produces consistent results.

Versatile Case Sealer with Consistent Results
We engineered 3M-Matic™ Adjustable Case Sealer a80 as an affordable, productive and versatile case sealer. This side belt case sealer is built with 3M™ AccuGlide™ 2+ Taping Heads to offer quality tape application for uniform-sized cases. Automatic and adjustable, our case sealer is able to process narrow-width boxes and seal up to 30 cases per minute. The 3M™ AccuGlide™ 2+ Taping Heads offer low-impact sealing and protect cases from damage. Located on each side of the 3M-Matic™ Adjustable Case Sealer a80, traction-grip drive belts center and stabilize boxes for consistent, accurate sealing on top and bottom of uniformly-sized, regular slotted cartons (RSC).

In addition, we constructed this unit with dual masts for taping head stability and a centrally-located emergency stop on each side for quick and easy access.

Additional options for 3M-Matic™ Adjustable Case Sealer a80 include: Locking casters, infeed and exit conveyors, t-table attachment, box hold down attachment and compression rollers to push flaps together for a better tape seal.
