General purpose rubber insulating tape. Splicing, jacketing and general insulating.
Scotch® Tape 2242 is designed for terminating and splicing wires and cables and maintains stability in temperatures up to 194 degrees F (90 degrees C). This weather-resistant tape has excellent physical and electrical properties and provides a moisture seal and void-free buildups.
