Replacement Mount
So this is an amazing product. b/c you can remove the holder when needed. The clip holds paper in place and it extends for larger sheets.
The only draw back is the mount breaks over time - usually within 3-6 mounts. They should supply an extra mount.
I did contact customer service and they immediately sent a new one - free.

Broken part
I got this about a month ago...love it! But the little cover that goes on the mounting stick broke before I could install it. Any ideas???

Will not stay in place, keeps swinging it the side
I just received this today. I mounted it, but it will not stay in place, it keeps swinging to the side. How do I keep it from moving? I tried using a screwdriver to tighten up the screw, but nothing seems to work. Help!!!!

I need a mounting bracket too!!
I put these on all the computers in my office. When the monitors get switched out we lose the mounting bracket. Is there a way to order just the bracket?

I need a new mount for the DH445
I have a DH445 document holder in my office at work. Recently, my office switched our computers and took away my old monitor. They removed the main part of the DH445, and left it for me, but they took the mount that was stuck on the old monitor along with the monitor. Now I have the document holder with no way to attach it to my new monitor. I want to buy a replacement mount (just a small piece of plastic).
