    3M™ Dyneon™ Peroxide Cure Perfluoroelastomer PFE 80Z is a technically advanced peroxide-curable perfluoroelastomer designed to meet the challenges of demanding sealing applications. It features very low metal ion content with low extractables, making it ideal for wet process electronics manufacturing such as semiconductor and flat panel display. It is classified as FFKM per ASTM D1418.

    Due to its improved acid resistance and lower metal ion extractables, 3M™ Dyneon™ Peroxide Cure Perfluoroelastomer PFE 80Z is ideal for wet process electronics manufacturing such as semiconductor and flat panel display. In addition, this perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) features many favorable attributes that make it suitable for wet chemical, fluid handling, cleaning, and chemical etching processes.

    Dyneon peroxide cure perfluoroelastomer PFE 80Z has a fully fluorinated backbone structure and is designed to meet demanding sealing applications, with an upper use temperature of 200°C (392°F). In addition, PFE 80Z can be compounded for good acid resistance. This product is packaged in slab form and is available in 2 kg boxes.
