    3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroelastomer FC 2110Q is an ultra-low viscosity copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene. This fluoroelastomer offers broad chemical and temperature resistance. With a proprietary incorporated cure, users may also save time and improve throughput.

    Incorporated Cure and Broad Temperature Resistance
    3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroelastomer FC 2110Q can be compounded using standard water cooled internal mixers or two-roll mills with standard fillers and ingredients utilized in typical fluoroelastomer formulations. The dry ingredients should be blended before adding to the masticated gum. For best results, Dyneon fluoroelastomer FC 2110Q should be banded on the mill several minutes prior to adding the blended dry ingredients. Once mixed, the compounded stocks have good scorch resistance and storage stability.

    Dyneon fluoroelastomer FC 2110Q has a number of benefits, beginning with broad chemical and temperature resistance for product durability and longevity. This product also has ultra-low viscosity and high fluorine content (65.9%), making it ideal for a number of applications – injection molding, transfer molding and blends. Dyneon fluoroelastomer FC 2110Q is packaged in milled slab form (as opposed to unmilled forms like crumb) and is available in a returnable bulk shipping container system for 1,320 Ibs (600 kg) of material. The bulk container system is comprised of 48 individual polyethylene bags containing 27.5 Ibs (12.5 kg) of product. Smaller quantities are available in 55.1 Ibs (25.0 kg) boxes.
