The polyester-film laminate offers high mechanical strength and allows convenient handling of manufacturing operations. The 3-ply composite construction makes the laminate suitable for Class 220(R) electrical insulation systems.

3M™ CeQUIN™ 30F30 Insulating Paper Laminate is ideal for a layer and interwinding insulation. The conjunction of 2 layers of CeQUIN™ 3000 inorganic paper and 1 layer of the polyester film make this laminate excellent for major high-temperature applications. It exhibits optimized thermal conductivity, long-term voltage endurance and coil-bonding characteristics. The tear-resistant, polyester-film reinforcement allows convenient handling of manufacturing operations. It is suitable for Class 220(R) electrical insulation systems and 3M UL Recognized Insulation Systems may be found in UL File No. 65007. REACH Compliant and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant‎.
