  • 3M™ Trizact™ Hookit™ Foam Abrasive Disc 443SA

    Foam-backed discs are excellent for removing fine sand scratches on painted surfaces to reduce compounding and other subsequent steps in aircraft paint defect repair. 3M™ Trizact™ 3000 grit discs feature 3M microreplication: instead of using randomly crushed abrasive mineral, 3M microreplicates 3-dimensional abrasive structures and uniformly distributes them over the surface of the abrasive for the ultimate in consistency. As they wear, fresh, sharp mineral is exposed. 3M™ Trizact™ abrasives cut faster, allow for precise finish control, and stay sharper longer. Operators use fewer abrasive discs and can even reduce grade sequences and process steps.

  • 3M™ Trizact™ Hookit™ Clear Coat Sanding Abrasive Disc 471LA

    Like all of our 3M™ Trizact™ abrasive products, Abrasive Disc 471LA features microreplicated 3-dimensional abrasive structures uniformly distributed them over the abrasive surface. This creates an extremely consistent cut. What’s more, fresh, sharp mineral is exposed as these structures wear down, keeping the disc sharper longer and helping maintain precise finish control. Operators use fewer abrasive discs and can even reduce grade sequences and process steps. Film-backed discs provide excellent conformability and control. Use 3M™ Trizact™ 1500 grit discs before refined scratch removal.

  • 3M™ Trizact™ Finesse-it™ Film Disc Roll 466LA

    Featuring 3M microreplication technology, these film discs feature micron-graded silicon carbide particles formed into tiny pyramids of abrasive mineral on a non-compressible 3-mil polyester film backing. These discs are designed for quick access and attachment to rotary tools or orbital sanders for small paint defect removal.

    This high-viscosity polish is formulated for removing small surface defects from applied aircraft paint. The polish delivers a balance of fast, efficient cut rate and a refined polish that removes small compounding scratches, haze and swirls from freshly painted aircraft. The 3M™ Random Orbital Buffer is built for lightweight, two-handed buffing, and its 3M™ Palm Buffer version is built specifically for comfortable, controlled use from the palm of one hand.     The X-Series earmuffs are 3M's latest advancement in hearing conservation. New technologies in comfort, design and protection all come together in this groundbreaking earmuff line.
