Our kit is a complete griddle cleaning system featuring a powerful, but safe, liquid cleaner that loosens and lifts burnt-on food soil from the hot griddle. Quick and easy to use, it only takes three simple steps to clean the griddle in just 3 to 5 minutes, effective at medium to hot temperature 150 – 175 °C (300 – 350 °F). Food soil is easily and safely scoured and cleaned away, leaving no strong chemical odours. The formulation does not contain caustic soda, which is common in other griddle cleaning chemicals.
