New EH-Series Cushion-Mount Plate Mounting Tapes from 3M
St. Paul, Minnesota – April 20, 2006 – 3M introduces its EH-Series Adhesive offering higher plate side adhesion for flexographic printing; holding the edge on cylinder diameters as small as two inches. This new adhesive maintains tight contact between tape and plate and helps to provide the print quality customers demand. The EH-Series is the newest adhesive choice for 3M™ Cushion-Mount™ Plus Tapes.
3M's patented crosshatched construction in EH-Series liners allow air to release from between the tape and plate, and between the tape and cylinder for easier, virtually air-free mounting. Setup is faster with smoother surfaces for cleaner print quality and higher productivity. Available in a choice of constructions for solids or halftones, or combination solids and dots.
