> Technical Information (Notes) Post-it® Notes are now available in two formats allowing automated, high-speed application of the note to printed media, including Newspapers, Magazines, Direct Mail, Books etc. The two formats available are Linered Post-it® Notes and Linerless Post-it® Notes. Product Descriptions Linered Post-it® Notes for Labelers Linered Post-it® Notes for Labelers are available in either rolls (12" or 20" outside diameter rolls on a 3" inside diameter core) or fan-folded boxes. The notes are on a removable, recyclable liner and can be applied with any conventional pressure sensitive labeling equipment. Post-it® Notes are affixed to the printed media and the liner is simultaneously removed and rewound. Note placement is typically adjustable in both lateral and longitudinal for flexibility and accuracy in placement. Linerless Post-it® Notes Linerless Post-it® Notes are available in a 20" outside diameter on a 3" inside diameter core. This product must be applied with equipment designed to automatically cut or burst the note and apply it directly to the printed media. This may be the most economical option for printers or publishers applying a high volume of Post-it® Notes on a regular basis. Machines are available for off-line, on-line, as well as on-press application. Note placement is typically adjustable in both lateral and longitudinal for flexibility and accuracy in placement. Typical Application Speeds Linered Post-it® Notes for Labelers Typical rates for applying a 3" x 3" note can range from 10-80,000 notes per hour. Production rates are dependent on equipment, application conditions and the printed media to which the note is being applied. Please test to determine your application speeds.
