	Incorporating safety and health consideration into daily job duties and business decisions.
	Meeting or exceeding applicable health and safety laws and regulations and 3M's related Policies, Plans and Standards.
	Designing, maintaining and/or operating equipment, facilities and processes in a safe manner.
	Developing and/or participating in training and education programs to manage health and safety risks both on and off the job.
	Communicating with management and coworkers about working conditions perceived to be unsafe or hazardous and shutting down, as appropriate, any equipment deemed to be operating in an unsafe condition.
	Sharing the result conclusions of safety and health studies and contributing to the action taken.
	Participating in incident investigations, audits and follow-up activities.
