When a turn is to be signaled, the flashing lamp(s) opposite the direction of turn shall become steady burning until the turn signal is cancelled. The flashing lamp(s) in the direction of the turn shall increase in flashing rate to a minimum 20 and maximum 110 flashes per minute.
