Even if you are farming in the warmest conditions, you do not have to worry about the performance or adhesion of the 3M™ Scotchlite™ Diamond Grade™ strips. This product will reflect at wide angles, up to 90°. The adhesive performs under exposure to extreme weather conditions and will not peel. The strip has an all plastic construction which means it is not susceptible to corrosion or deterioration over time. This means that you can expect your protective strips to be long lasting and require only minimal cleaning to wipe away dirt and debris that builds up and blocks the reflectivity of the strips.

These strips are easy to apply. First, prepare the surface with a solution of detergent and water to remove dirt and road film. Then remove the clear liner from the back of the reflective strip and press lightly in place. With the palm of your hand, apply pressure to the strip to ensure that the adhesive bonds correctly.

Please note that reflective strips should be applied at a minimum temperature of 15°C (59° F) and a maximum of 38°C (100° F). They must also be applied to clean and dry flat surfaces, and smooth curved surfaces with a radius greater than 5" (12.5cm). It is not recommended to apply the strips to polypropylene or polyethylene surfaces, irregular shaped framework, bolts, rivets larger than 1/2" (1.25cm) high, support plates, corrugations, within 1/8" (0.3125cm) of door hinges or weld joints.
