Computer Filter from 3M Offers Stylish Solution to Screen
Glare for iMac
London, ON . 3M
introduces a new custom-designed computer filter to reduce
glare and radiation for iMac computer users. A curved surface
and stylish translucent ice-coloured frame complement the
unique shape and colours of the iMac.
Until now, iMac users were unable to take advantage
of the benefits of a computer screen anti-glare filter without
altering or interfering with the fun and fruity appeal of
the new Apple Computers. The refreshing ice colour of the
new filter looks great with the grape, tangerine, strawberry,
lime and blueberry iMac computers, as well as the original
Bondi-blue colour.
The new computer filter is part of 3M's "Expressions"
line of anti-glare computer filters and features Scotchgard
Protection for Easy Clean Surface, and a durable anti-reflective
coating on the glass surface to reduce the glare that can
lead to eyestrain, headaches and fatigue.
The iMac computer filter is part of the 3M line
of office ergonomics products and is endorsed by the American
Chiropractic Association (ACA) for helping to reduce screen
glare.* Using a computer screen anti-glare filter is a proven
ergonomic intervention that can help reduce glare, and therefore
help alleviate eyestrain for many computer useers.
The new filter also reduces static charge and
dust-build up. It is available for delivery as of November
15, 1999.
