Case Sealers Highlighted at PAC EX

Systems Division has been in the case sealing business for
almost 30 years, and our commitment to innovation in the industry
never stops. From semi-automatic to fully-automatic case sealing
operators, we have the system to meet your requirements. The
following products are being highlighted at PAC EX this year:
120af 3M-Matic™ Automatic Adjustable
Case Sealers
The 3M-MaticT 120af Automatic Adjustable Case Sealer is designed
for a variety of top and bottom case sealing applications.
Besides featuring the AccuGlideT II Taping Head, the 120af
contains a side belt drive and flap folding system for easier
operation as well as side shields with safety interlocks.
The 120af seals up to 28 boxes per minute. A power infeed
conveyor attachment is available to accept boxes from a flooded
conveyor, separate them and feed them into the 120af.
3M-Matic™ S-857 "L" Clip Applicator
The 3M-Matic S-857 "L" Clip Applicator can help save time
and money. It instantly applies pre-fed 4-1/2" "L" clips of
high performance Scotch brand filament tape on a wide variety
of box sizes, shapes and styles - up to 50 "L" clips per minute.
700r 3M-Matic™ Random Case Sealers
Ideal for a variety of box sizes, the versatile 3M-MaticT
700r Random Case Sealer seals up to 15 cases per minute, automatically
adjusting to each box's height and width. The AccuGlideT II
taping head precisely applies a full range of ScotchT Brand
box sealing tapes. The pneumatically operated packing station
holds empty cases for filling and automatically centers them
for sealing. Both taping heads can be removed easily for cleaning
and maintenance. The 700r features a gear motor drive for
heavy-duty performance and convenient box width/height adjustment.
The 120a 3M-Matic™ Adjustable Case Sealer
The 120a 3M-Matic Adjustable Case Sealer has recently undergone
some design changes that include: redesigned drives that pull
the box through the case sealer, added e-stop and contactor
circuit, Accuglide II Taping head guard, updated labeling,
plastic roller bed, new gray colour, infeed nip guards and
steel exit nip guards. Used together with performance-matched
Scotch box sealing tapes, the 3M-Matic 120a provides optimum
case sealing results.
