3M™ Panagraphics™ III Wide Flexible Substrate
London, On (May 2, 2006) – 3M Canada is making
it big with its new Panagraphics III image-ready wide-width backlit
flexible substrate.
The substrate is intended for film decoration or direct Piezo
ink jet printing applications making durable, flexible signs
when used with compatible 3M products. Panagraphics III has a
low-visibility scrim for a less distracting view of the sign
image when backlit, a smooth front surface and a semi-gloss finish. It
is available up to 13’9” or 4.2 meters wide.
The anti-wick polyester scrim embedded in a bright white-pigmented
vinyl creates a durable substrate for attractive signs especially
when used with 3M’s Scotchcal™ Translucent Films.
“We’re now able to offer our customers the option
to apply translucent films or print directly on the wide-width
flexible substrate. At 3M we’re responding to customer’s
needs by providing a strong warranty used with 3M’s compatible
products and at a competitive price,” said Erika Dickie,
marketing supervisor, 3M Signage.
Recently launched in Canada, Panagraphics III as a cost-effective
choice for producing backlit signs supported by the strong 3M
Matched Component System Warranty.
