Tis’ the Season for Gift Wrapping

London, ON - We are approaching the holiday season once again and it’s time to
begin to ponder shopping for gifts, fighting the crowds in the mall, and getting the house ready for the company.
Even with all the stress that the festive season can bring, many Canadians will be taking
the time to wrap gifts and give a personal touch to presents for loved ones. “Wrapping gifts puts a thoughtful
touch to gift giving. It also helps to keep the mystery of what’s in the package. Children tend to be especially curious
to see what is under the tree and gift bags make it too easy for them peek”, explains Mark Hodgins, Marketing Manager for

“When wrapping this season, there are so many creative options to explore”, says Hodgins. 3M

Here are a few tips to make holiday wrapping a little easier this year:- Start early -
Try to pace holiday shopping and gift-wrapping. There is nothing more overwhelming than too many presents to shop for and wrap at
the last minute. As you purchase a gift, try to tackle wrapping it soon after. That way, you’ll have a few gifts to wrap at
once instead of several in one sitting.
- Be creative - Is there a special memento that has significance to a loved
one? Maybe a child really loves a certain television character or your Dad is a fan of tin toys. This could be a great starting
place in order to identify personal themes for gift-wrapping and other accoutrements, truly making the gift-wrap as one-of-a-kind as
the gift itself.
- Have the right tools for the job - Keep a good pair of scissors that will cut
