3M™ DataCom/Coax Circuit Tracer Provides Flexibility in Testing

London, ON - The new 3M brand DT-2000 DataCom/Coax Circuit Tracer is the first professional datacom/coax tester that provides the flexibility to test multiple cables and locations in easy, straightforward steps.

Made for professional installers and maintenance technicians, this unit allows for mapping, testing and troubleshooting various lines, including installed data communications, phone wiring and coaxial cable runs in both new construction and existing facilities. From one location, a technician can quickly and easily map, locate, test and verify both common and modified wiring configurations of different unshielded wiring schemed telephone cable with RJ-11 and RJ-45 connectors and coax cable.

The 3M™ DT-series is made up of the only UL-listed data communications and coax cable detection instruments in the industry.

The 3M™ DT-2000 DataCom/Coax Circuit Tracer comes in a hard case and with a rubber boat plus seven DT-2100 remote identifiers, each with a unique electronic signature, and an adapter for easy connections.
