Backlit signs from a roll Scrimless sign material - fracture-resistant and light Strong and considerably lighter than conventional acrylic glass, Panaflex 645 is fracture-resistant and can withstand vandalism and other harmful environmental influences. 3M’s Panaflex 645 is a flexible, translucent and weather-resistant substrate for small indoor and outdoor backlit signs. Its extraordinarily stable properties are achieved without reinforcing scrim of any kind. Even on closer inspection its outward appearance remains seamless. 3M guarantees Panaflex 645 for 7 years for outdoor applications. The new scrimless sign material is specifically designed for use with the wide range of 3M translucent films, 3M Scotchprint and ink-jet signs. Panaflex 645 is a further development of Panaflex 945 which has proved its worth in large-scale applications. The matt white flexible substrate is available in a width of 1.37 m.
