Technical Service
Technical Service provides the technical leadership and support to
maintain and grow the business by being the primary interface
between the laboratory and the customer. Technical Service
Representative are product application experts who ensure that the
best 3M product is identified for each application. They interact with
the 3M business team and external customers and distributors by
providing training sessions, identifying and evaluating new products
and troubleshooting application issues. Primarily located in London,
Ontario, the Technical Service Representative has responsibility for
customers across Canada. Travel of approximately 30% is required
with a mix of same day and overnight travel.
Technical Service Reps come from many disciplines including
Chemical, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics
