3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic PVDF 6008/0001 is ideal for injection molding applications requiring good strength and dimensional stability. Our PVDF provides good chemical resistance to a broad range of fluids and solvents while maintaining mechanical properties at elevated temperatures. This higher melt flow PVDF homopolymer is suitable for injection molding and higher speed extrusion processes.

3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic PVDF 6008/0001 is a homopolymer of vinylidene difluoride (VDF) that provides good resistance to a variety of fluids. Dyneon PVDF 6008/0001 can be used in injection molded parts with good permeation resistance. This is a higher melt flow index PVDF homopolymer making it suitable for injection molding and higher speed extrusion processes.

    PVDF Homopolymer and Copolymer Uses
Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is ideal for multiple applications across a wide array of industries. Widely used in the chemical process industry, wire and cable industry, semiconductor industry, and oil and gas industry, PVDF is also being used in automotive, building and electronics applications.
